Our local expertise in carrying out all types of events makes it easy for you as a customer to plan and carry out complete events.

We can assist in stringing together events, both large or small, that include accommodation, dining and activities. Logistics is one of our specialties, so we can ensure that everything runs smoothly as it should.

We know Harstad and the Hålogaland region quite well, and our ambition is to ensure that the customer gets the best possible event with us as a contact point in a community of expertise.

Conference

Harstad is one of Northern Norway's best destinations for organising conferences of all matters of sizes. Harstad has 4 modern hotels in the heart of Harstad that are all in close proximity to each other, and to the abundance of activities Harstad has to offer outside of the conference halls. The hotels have meeting rooms with state of the art facilities, and have great capacity and flexibility. Harstad Cultural House with Northern Norway’s largest hall is integrated one of the hotels.

This creates great opportunities for implementation, adaptation and tailoring for the most demanding events. Harstad is only 45 minutes by bus from Evenes Airport, 3 hours by speedboat from Tromsø and only 2.5 hours from Gardemoen.

The region can offer exciting and unique experience packages that will help create memorable events for our customers.

Corporate event

Gatherings and meetings for large and small companies, professional and social content, teambuilding with challenges or just pleasant gatherings in exciting arenas. We arrange "blue tours" with engaging content and activities adapted to the participants, cultural features and local gourmet experiences that impress most people.

We tailor events for your company, regardless of whether it is a full day, afternoon, evening or a program for several days including accommodation, dining and activities.

Jan-Erik has an extensive background in several industries which have resulted in exciting experiences for the development of a tourism business. Through sales, marketing, photography, film, business development, strategy and foundations has Jan-Erik contributed the past 10 years to the development in the region as the head of tourism.

Stefan Rohner
Operations Manager

Stefan has a solid tourism education from Switzerland and several years of tourism experience from Switzerland, the USA and Norway. He is a local tourism expert with a partner from Harstad, speaks several languages, is an experienced guide, and has worked with logistics and travel management. Internally he is referred to as our "Swiss watch movement": Accurate, precise, always reliable and wholeheartedly professional.

Lisbeth Hansen
Product manager

Lisbeth has a solid tourism education and has many years of experience from different travel agencies, shipping companies, activity providers and several other areas of tourism.
Lisbeth is responsible for our product development together with our local partners, and has developed the company's manual that ensures quality.

Nothing should be left to chance when experiences are developed and are put into a system, so we have full control when solutions are to be tailored and adapted to the needs of our customers.
